Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no cost.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing due to customer measurement
• Change of mind
• Installation issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Orders placed by mistake
  

Damaged or defective:

If your item shows printing defects or arrives damaged, email or text us immediately with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged area
• A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
   

We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
